At PhoneShield Pro, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Our commitment to quality extends beyond our satisfaction guarantee through our product warranties, which provide additional protection against manufacturing defects.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must have been purchased directly from our official website (phoneshieldpro.com)
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Screen protectors that have been installed or have had the protective film removed
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
Condition of Returns
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be used beyond reasonable inspection, shows signs of excessive wear, or is damaged due to misuse, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
Our customer service team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return.

Package Your Return:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return:
Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return can be tracked.

4. Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
Refund Amount
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for:
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping charges (for defective or incorrectly shipped items only)
Refunds do not include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Original shipping charges (for standard returns)
- Any promotional discounts applied to the original order
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, model, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your communication with our customer service team, please specify that you want an exchange and provide details of the item you would like instead.
For exchanges, we will:
- Process the return of your original item as described in our return process
- Ship the new item to you once your return has been received and inspected
- Charge or refund any price difference between the items (if applicable)
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund for your original purchase and notify you when the desired item becomes available.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Standard Returns
For standard returns (where the return is not due to an error on our part), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns Due to Our Error
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund your original shipping charges.
International Return Shipping
For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Items Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item
- Contact our customer service team at support@phoneshieldpro.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage in your email
We will arrange for the return or replacement of the damaged item at no cost to you.
Defective Items
If your item is defective (does not work as intended), please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period. Describe the defect in detail and, if possible, include photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
For items that become defective after the 30-day return period but within the warranty period, please see our Warranty Claims section below.
8. Warranty Claims
Warranty Coverage
PhoneShield Pro products are covered by the following warranties against manufacturing defects:
- Phone cases: 2-year limited warranty
- Screen protectors: 1-year limited warranty
- Other accessories: As specified on the product page
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. They do not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product
- Damage caused by improper installation or removal
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage to the device the product is used with
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please:
- Contact our customer service team at warranty@phoneshieldpro.com
- Provide your order number and proof of purchase
- Describe the defect in detail and include photos if possible
- Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the defective item
If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you. We will also cover the return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
9. International Returns
Return Process
International customers follow the same return process as domestic customers, but there are some additional considerations:
- You must clearly mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid potential customs charges
- Include the RA number and your order number prominently on the outside of the package
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation
Customs and Import Duties
When returning items internationally, you may be required to pay customs fees, taxes, and duties. These fees are not refundable by PhoneShield Pro. If you refuse a delivery from us because you don't want to pay these fees, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time
Due to customs processing, international returns may take longer to process than domestic returns. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international returns to be processed and refunded after we receive the returned item.
